Question 1

What is an artist catalog?

Accepted Answer

An artist catalog is the public home for one artist on Rillmark. It brings together the artist profile, biography, optional social links, and published works so visitors can see the shape of the artist’s practice in one place. Each published work has its own page.

Question 2

How do I explore an artist’s published works?

Accepted Answer

Start in the public artist directory, choose an artist to open their artist page, then choose a published work to open its work page. The catalog can show a work’s medium, description, release date, and cover image when the artist has provided them.

Question 3

What kinds of work can appear in a catalog?

Accepted Answer

Artists choose a medium label for each work. Catalogs can include books, music, video, photography, or another medium that fits the artist’s practice. A published work may also include a description, release date, and cover image.

Question 4

Where can a published work send me to listen to or buy it?

Accepted Answer

Artists configure the external destinations for each published work. Supported destinations include Amazon, Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Picfair, and a custom link. When an artist has added one, its link appears on the work page so visitors can continue to the artist’s chosen listening or purchase platform.

Question 5

Can I follow an artist or save a work?

Accepted Answer

Public artist catalogs and published work pages are available to browse without an account. To follow an artist, sign in, open the artist page, and choose Follow. To keep a work in your library, sign in and choose Save to library on its published work page.
